Evert’s cheerleader squad focus on tough competition

EVART – The region’s competitive cheering teams are back in action this week, including the Evart wildcats who have a very busy schedule ahead.

The training took place in the high school cafeteria but moved to the primary school multipurpose room. The wrestling team was in college for training but moved to the high school cafeteria to allow them better access to the nearby weight room
Pattee also said she will retire as a competitive cheering coach after 32 years on the job. She retired as a teacher at the end of the 2020-21 school year after serving at the primary and secondary level. Pattee said her current assistant, Taylor Bryant, will return to the competition’s incentive program when she retires.
âI taught everything from grades one through eighth,â Pattee said.
